Lived here for 8 months. Nice apartment with a great layout, very open and bright windows. Property is well maintained, rent is very reasonable when comparing to what others are charging, and they allow dogs with no size restrictions. Only reason it is not 5 stars are due to having only street parking, which is not horrible I've never had to park more than a block or two away but was a hassle during the winter months, and also there not being in unit laundry, although there are washers and dryers in building. Love it here! Super cute and quite place to live. Everything is nicely updated and management is great to work with. Downfalls are the parking and washers and driers are in the basement. Otherwise I feel very safe living here and they are extremely animal friendly and affordable.
Pretty cute apartment. Nice updated appliances and pretty good turn around for any maintenance. I needed maintenance called when my front door fell off the hinges and wouldn't shut in the summer. (Old building and the wood warped) the maintenance team was out within 10minutes. Never had any issues after that. I will say they just updated all the apartments at The Carberry so there were growing pains such as my electrical would have some issues but once I called they fixed asap and never had any issues after that.
