Internet was very spotty. Not a good place to clash. Wash was fine though.
I went today to wash my car unaware the Cary location had closed. The owners did not send out any notices to their customers with memberships about the disruption of services. I happen to see an employee standing outside, so I asked when they would reopen. He replied 2-3 weeks maybe. Apparently new owners are taking over. With this lack of consideration and communication, I will have to purchase a membership with a different car wash company even if it means driving farther.
Rodney was a great help today. All other staff was great. I got in and out easily with the help of all staff.
