Their coupons seem to be a bait and switch. Multiple times now I have paid (with a coupon) for the deluxe or works package and have never received the hot wax or lava bath. I question if this is on purpose since it has happened so many times. I pay a monthly fee to be able to come through whenever they are open. It's a little after 3 on a Friday, all the signs out front indicate they're open, but they have cones across the car wash, not permitting entry. Are you open or not? Why pay a monthly fee for something that is so misleading? The owner responded with a snarky comment about the "quick 1 star review". I repeat my comments from above. If you weren't open, why did you have every sign out/on that indicated you were open?
