Not only did you overcharge me without consent to my vehicle. My request was a basic oil change. I've taken my car to numerous mechanics, and they've pointed out mistakes. That you've made in the past. Leaving the screw out of my air filter? That caused my air flow sensor to go out. Fake friendly service Second time dealing with them we are new to the area and brought 1 of the cars there to which we paid a outrages amount twice and car was still not fixed or any offers to right the wrongs .. took the second car this week thinking its a minor job to which it should have been I knew what needed to be done to the car a airflow sensor but to my surprise I got the call that he cleaned the airflow sensor and it did not need to be replaced but in fact it's my motor mount and cv joints and that would cost me ov... read more

I’m gonna cancel my monthly car washes soon. The last time I went through I prewashed the back of my car and some of the side. When I entered the pre stage area, the guy BARELY put soap on my windshield, no tape on the rear windshield wiper like others do, and right after he barely soaped the windshield he ran right back get on his cell phone by the wall before I even made it into the car wash. PATHETIC !!!!!!
