DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! I don’t post reviews, but this experience left me enraged. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I need new brake pads, which is fine. They said it would take “a few hours”. I thought that seemed like a lot of time for break pads, but it was fine. Hour FOUR rolls around and it’s not done. I WAS TOLD “another 45 minutes.” Hour 5 rolls around and there no one in the shop working. It took them FIVE hours and they were still not done.
