Rude employees… at a self service car wash. Cheaper and nicer do this service yourself.
Terrible. Dont go. Paid $18 and half of the car didn’t get clean, they won’t let us go thru the wash again without paying again and said it was our fault that we got the basic wash.. which was still $18 for basic wash. Tires and back half of the car didn’t get clean enough to remove basic dirt & dust.
$18 wash and it didn’t even get the car clean. I brought it up to them and they didn’t care at all and said it was my fault for getting a basic wash. A basic wash should still get the dirt off, this is unacceptable. They blamed it on the owners policy - they should be ashamed of themselves for running a business like this. I’m so grossed out
