We decided to go through and get the touchless wash. No one was there to scrub the windshield and I didn't think about doing it myself. After we went through, the windshield was still dirty. We found the attendant and he said he could scrub it and we could go through again but still have to pay another $16. We refused to do that then he said we could go to self serve and only pay $3. Maybe it's just me but I feel like I shouldn't have to pay again for something I already paid for once.

The attendant was hiding in the employee room when I came through so nobody washed my windshield. After I went through the touchless wash, my windshield was still covered in bugs. I found him in the employee room to see if I could get some help and he told me he could wash the windshield but I’d have to pay $16 to go through again or pay $3 to wash it myself with the self bay. He seemed irritated that I was even asking for help. Will never come back and will tell everyone I know to never use this car wash.

As best as I could understand his grumpy broken English, the attendant told me I could not use the soft touch wash because I have a light bar on the front of my truck... I've used this same car wash 10 times with these lights, many times while he was standing there.
