Excellent and friendly service. After completing all the paperwork (including the "we owe....nothing" form) we noticed that the front driver's side tire was in pretty bad shape. We were discussing that it definitely needed to be replaced ASAP. Mike overheard us, checked it out and agreed. He sent us straight to their repair shop- lindenwood automotive. This shop did not disappoint. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, a 2017 300C. I’ll be honest, seeing some of the reviews about racial profiling really set me off at first. I’m a brown man from Hawaii, and my girlfriend is Mexican, so we notice that kind of thing. But from the moment we arrived, the people here, including the owner himself, were amazing. I’ve walked into this business today to look at a car. The lady who works there is very very rude. She literally said “you are clearly not from around here” and wanted a gentleman to sit in the car while we did a test drive. They do racial profiling.(I am middle eastern). I would not do any business with them or go anywhere near them.
Never seen a car dealer try to not sell a car as hard as this one. The lady was extremely rude. I wanted to look at an old Prius and test drive it. To be polite, I asked the lady how to shift because it was the first time I had driven a Prius. She talked to me as if I was four and in a condescending manner told me she would have an employee sit with us so I don’t “rip the transmission out” (again it is an automatic Prius not even a stick shift).
