The overall atmosphere at The Car Store St. Charles is friendly and welcoming, that may my feeling comfortable and well-cared for. The helpfulness and friendliness of the sales staff was over the top. I appreciate the no-pressure sales environment and the ease of navigating the purchase process from start to finish.
Well, shopping for a vehicle is stressful enough. I made an appointment to go test drive a vehicle. They gave me the address I showed up with a picture of my valid license as well as my other license that was stamped due to a new license application and they refuse to let me test drive after driving an hour to get there an hour back taking two hours out of my day and work all well in extreme hot heat weather conditions with no AC in my vehicle, which is why I’m trying to buy a new one. Absolute shit show would not recommend
Responsive to messages which is alone worth 5 stars. But the vehicle it's self is great. Having a 3000 mile warranty will give you peace of mind that you're not getting swindled. Very nice folks who were very up front about the vehicle they were selling. No smoke or mirrors and a fair price.
If l could give 0 stars l would. What a nightmare! Why would you respond to me with this information when you do not know what is going on?
