Very good experience overall. I went to The Car Store to get a replacement for my ancient 2001 Ford Focus. Originally had my eye on a 2013 Honda Civic that I found via PenFed's auto buying service, but it'd already been sold. Bobby was extremely helpful in helping me find another car (a 2016 Hyundai Accent) and adjusting the loan with PenFed, so that I picked up the car within a week of my initial visit. Excellent service. Courteous staff .Effective back up
Whatever you do, do not give them cash! They will not give it back and claim it was a "deposit". We had a check from the bank, paid the difference with cash. The deal fell through because the bank would not deal with them because they are independent. We gave the car back, they did not give me my money back!!!
