I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I bought a 2007 chevy hhr after Having a luxury car totalled. At the time I didn't have much money to replace the car as I still owed on my old car. Everything was great a $600 down payment etc. I did not know I would be paying double what this car was worth until after I had already signed the contract! My payment is almost $400.00 a month!!!!!! I was short $17.00 on 1 payment and they call 8-10 times a day. Harass my references (which is illegal). my power steering is now failing on ... read more
Not only was te transmission in the car i got going out but it had a heater core going out it dripped antifreeze all over my passenger side floor board but then they take un authorized payments out of my account and wouldnt fix the problems as promised the car over heated the day after i got the car they always gave me the run around when i called to tell them te car broke down and they still try to take un autherized payments out of my account when i gave the car back. Horrible customer service

The car store SUCKS !!!!! They do not provide you with the car facts and give you the run around because their cars ARE JUNK !!! Ask then for the car facts and see how they respond! I believe that is illegal ! There is a reason they don'[t want you to have the car facts, because what they sell you falls apart shortly after you leave the lot. THEN they tell you they are working with you on the problem and all of a sudden a tow trucks flies into your driveway - wrecks your car while picking it up and damages my other personall... read more
