We purchased my 2008 Chevy Uplander from The Car Store a little shy of a year ago. Wouldn't have been able to find a better quality Uplander anywhere else. The service was above my expectations. The owners and mechanics are a good group of guys who take pride in their work. If you are looking for a quality vehicle, this is the place! Quality vehicles, great prices, honest workers.
I will never buy a car from there again, had problems with truck brought tried numerous times to get it in there to get looked at no return calls then I bring it in there and Matt tells me he is not to thrilled to even look at it wow great customer service
After purchasing a car two years ago from Matt at The Car Store, I brought my nephew there to find a vehicle. Of course he did, Matt only sells QUALITY RIDES and takes pride in that. In the end, I also purchased another vehicle from there. Its not just sales that Matt cares about, its service AFTER the sale. I was out shopping for a new car over the last month and traveled around to about 10 local dealerships in the area and my gut kept telling me to go back to the car store in Fruitport. So my 1994 Chevy Blazer finally broke down and being a lady of simplicity I needed and looked for a simple replacement. Not easy to find a simple no bells and whistles replacement. So we went to The Car Store and bought a Envoy with bells and whistles. I stop almost everyday because I am so confused and the boys (Matt and Aldon) are so patient and understanding with a simple lady who is so overwhelmed with all a newer SUV has to offer.
