I was looking for a car to buy and I came across this place. Talk to Brad and he was able to sell me a car that I'm happy with. Highly recommend.
The individuals who work in the mechanic shop are the nicest and most helpful people ever. Most people now a day can care less to give a helping hand without receiving something in return, but these individuals did not even hesitate even with having to leave for a doctor's appointmentand to help me and my family. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from the Car Shoppe. I bought a car from them two months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. Every other week, there seems to be a new issue from engine overheating, Traction control, engine light on and now battery is dead. Brad gave me a hard time when I told them to fix the car. I expected a reliable vehicle, but instead, I feel like I’ve been sold a lemon. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Had a couple car emergencies in one day and they got it looked at and handled it very well. The service what can I say but excellent. Jeff was very kind and showed me what was going on, and Dan took me under the car and showed me why things were not working the way they were supposed to. These guys are very straight up and honest. I wish them all the success.
Purchased a used Hyunda Tucson. Everything went well. Excellent service. Brad was able to get the registration done quickly which I appreciated. Great experience. -Brandon
