I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Car Shoppe in Oct 2025. It worked splendid. I unfortunately only had it for two months before it was totaled while parked in a Walmart parking lot. An outcome of the loss was that we were left with a nearly-new set of summer tires that we had no use for. This past spring, Brad helped me sell them to a Cruze buyer of his who was in need of summer tires, so that it was a win-win for us both. I enjoyed my experience dealing with the with The Car Shoppe.
I was looking for a car to buy and I came across this place. Talk to Brad and he was able to sell me a car that I'm happy with. Highly recommend.
The individuals who work in the mechanic shop are the nicest and most helpful people ever. Most people now a day can care less to give a helping hand without receiving something in return, but these individuals did not even hesitate even with having to leave for a doctor's appointmentand to help me and my family. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from the Car Shoppe. I bought a car from them two months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. Every other week, there seems to be a new issue from engine overheating, Traction control, engine light on and now battery is dead. Brad gave me a hard time when I told them to fix the car. I expected a reliable vehicle, but instead, I feel like I’ve been sold a lemon. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
