I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from the Car Shoppe. I bought a car from them two months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. Every other week, there seems to be a new issue from engine overheating, Traction control, engine light on and now battery is dead. Brad gave me a hard time when I told them to fix the car. I expected a reliable vehicle, but instead, I feel like I’ve been sold a lemon. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Had a couple car emergencies in one day and they got it looked at and handled it very well. The service what can I say but excellent. Jeff was very kind and showed me what was going on, and Dan took me under the car and showed me why things were not working the way they were supposed to. These guys are very straight up and honest. I wish them all the success.
Purchased a used Hyunda Tucson. Everything went well. Excellent service. Brad was able to get the registration done quickly which I appreciated. Great experience. -Brandon
Could have been cleaner, I'm from the country, and I thought I had low standards, so.. anyways, the employees seem really genuine, employer not so much. Seems more interested in pushing cars out the door than being a decent person, could tell the vibe seemed off something seemed up. I guess we'll see how long this car lasts.
I've bought several cars from there now and have found them good and fair to deal with. Brad is a good guy to deal with, put me in touch with a garage to do work at a good price when everyone in Whitby were sending to me to the dealer.
