I had to cancel my yearly membership because I'm just no longer in Easton and they have yet to refund my money. I've contacted them long before the renewal via email, phone, messenger and even come by the car wash in person. No one is responding to me-I'm very disappointed in this part of the customer service experience. I wish I could recommend them, but this is tarnishing my view of them. :( *UPDATE* still trying to fight for my refund after continuing to contact them via phone, email, FB messenger and in person.
The actual car wash does a good job and the team members are nice at the car wash but I had to cancel my yearly membership because I'm just no longer in Easton and they have yet to refund my money. I spent $15 in the automatic car wash and it cleaned absolutely nothing at all! it was a waste of time and money!

Great Staff quick and very courteous
First its way too expensive!!! $15 for 20 minutes when the car pool in salisbury is $7 for 30 minutes! Yes same place but different family member owns it. I was told they can charge that because there in talbot county so the people have the money. No, rich people are going through the automatic car wash not the self service wash. Now before I start I will say this car wash was convenient and my go to late nights! However on Aug 2 I went there and went in the touch free car wash and it malfunctioned while I was in there! I called left messages and tried talking to the manager/attendant! Needless to say no phone call back and the manager/attendant was rude! So where am I now with lost my money, a damaged car, and poor customer service! I guess I will have to take these matters in my own hands!!!
