Tracy and all of the car plug auto group are crooks I paid 27,000 cash for a 2014 jaguar XJL.First off it was and still is a lemon. Second I paid for tax tags and title. I never received my tags. Since then I've requested my money back for my tags. No response he's broke how you own a business and you can't refund 800.00 bucks that's lame. This company is the best by far! The staff is nice. The location is nice and it feels comfortable when you walk in to the door. Their customer service is 💯 awesome! They ordered exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend buying a car from The Car Plug!!!
