RecommendedShout out to The Car Place. I didn’t want to go out with everything going on with the virus but they practiced social distancing, had hand sanitizer available, I got a free face mask AND they wiped down the inside of my car door, car keys and steering wheel with disinfectant wipes when they returned it!
Terrific service, knowledgeable and personable! I found the Car Place rather by accident as I was so frustrated with Johnson Lexus. The Car Place was honest, knowledgeable and caring. I was very impressed and have been back to let them handle both our Lexus and our Mercedes
The only place i will bring my car, period. jesse and his father will never give you the run around and try to repair things that dont need to be repaired. The service, friendliness and professionalism is unparallelled. The entire team, including Sheila, have always put me at ease in an industry that, lets face it, has a reputation for ripping people off. The service at The Car Place is exceptional. My home is in the Raleigh area, but I work 250 miles away during the week. These folks are so knowledgeable and treat people like neighbors that I still have my car serviced only when I'm home so I can have it taken care of by them. Knowledgeable. Professional. Friendly. Reasonably priced. Accommodating whenever possible.
Awesome customer service and attention to detail ! They don't say something needs to be done when it doesn't and they make sure they do everything necessary to take care of the reason you are there!! Very professional, but down to earth!!
