The young man working here was able to cut me a fresh BMW key and programmed a new modern key fob for my old E39 BMW
Ozzie was very helpful and knowledgable, assisted me with my car keys and lock cylinder. He took the time and had patience with a difficult cylinder. Also, the keys he made me work the smoothest I've ever experienced. Would def go back, and I've already recommended this shop to my fellow car restoration buddies. Thanks Ozzie!
Fast services and I was appreciative for them really working with my car to get it my key replaced. However they took advantage of a single woman and stole my battery from my car I didn't realize until about a week later when I went to get my car. And brand new battery.. SMH I'm highly upset I trust this company beware if you are a single woman have a guy there at all times! I am so upset!? They got 225 and a free brand new battery.
I was there yesterday because the key of my 2013 vw jetta broke off the key fob. Best price too, the dealer was crazy trying to charge me 1/2 a grand for a replacement key. They made a new key with a key fob and made sure everything worked properly. Very professional and fast service! Definitely will be coming back for another key.
