The car house scammed me on a 10 grand car. is I took a 8 grand loss selling it a month later because it needed 6 grand worth of work. The worst part is The car house lied to the extended warranty company because the warranty company does not give coverage to salvage vehicles. Bringing this to the warranty companys attention I was able to get the ***** refunded from the warranty company but it was sent to the car house and now the car house wont answer my calls to give me my refund of $2500 and the car house denies the check... read more
All of the negative reviews are absolutely right. This place is horrible and is a rip off. The attempt to "bully" me into buying the car that I did not take possession of nor did I make the down payment is crazy.. I rather pay a lawyer the down payment money... THESE GUYS ARE DIRTBAGS.. I visited a dealer The Car House in ******, **. I was shown a 2014 **** A6 and given a quote of $14k outside. We test drove the vehicle and liked it, so we headed inside. I asked for the car fax, which they provided and I reviewed it and I was ready to submit my info for financing with ************ I told them I would put $2,500 down and I also requested ************** They came back and said that in order to have ************* I would have to put $3k down, so I said okay. ******** brought a car from them and I wish I would of seen all the bad reviews this place has let alone a bad review on the bbb I couldnt believe it and now my car has been in their shop for nearly 2 months while Im paying for insurance and car note this is a disgrace I dont know how they are still in business
They are very unprofessional an sell you a lot of lies!!! They are disorganized causing for my registration to be processed late which now has me driving around with an expired registration. They take no accountability for their mistakes they have terrible customer service ****** is a liar an **** is disrespectful no type of adequate customer service should not be serving the public needs to be shut down
