Home run! Moh and Jason knocked it out of the park. I went in with engine noise. They diagnosed it and were very straight-forward about the labor costs from the beginning should they need to open things up. They even offered a discount because I have been coming to them for a while. The problem was found (the tensioner) and fixed professionally.
