These guys are expects at their craft! Professionals, trustworthy and reliable. I was working with a different shop that had me on hold for almost 8 months to get a part! The car factory and paint center has been the best experience I’ve had with any car repair in a long time. I called a bunch of places and Luis took his time to explain to me what the best route to take was for the rear bumper on my Audi. It had severe damage and it looked like it wasn’t fixable. He gave me honest ratings while everyone else gave me way higher prices and told me I had to get a replacement.
