No response to phone calls, not there during business hours. For a full week, I tried calling The Car Doctors daily in order to claim an oil change I bought from them through Groupon. Even though I only ever called The Car Doctors during business hours, no one ever answered or returned my calls. When I stopped by the business (again, during their business hours listed on their website), no one was in the office and the building was all locked up and dark. 5 Star Service. We took our little Nissan in for some upgrades. The team was very prompt in getting me information, kept within the dollar quote priced out, ended on time, and the features look fantastic. My experience was very favorable. I will go back.
Had to go in for safety and emissions. Super fast and easy! I will definitely recommend the Pleasant Grove location.
A friend and i bought a CNG van with them and it has cng issues. They knew about the issues and they didn't disclosed them to us. They really screw us and they don't want to be responsible for all the mechanical issues. People, never buy from this people, they are not honest and nothing but lies. Now we have to pay about 3k to get all the cng issues we have. We now have a 10k loan on a vehicles that has lots of problems. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE......
