Horrible customer service. Do the right thing. Give the kid the money back THEN install what he needs
If you can’t return a part with a receipt in the original package at your company I will never come to use your business and will make sure everyone knows about the bad business! Awful!

Cuctomer service is horrible. They don't follow their own policy for returns! Bad business.
Horrible service, take forever, and expensive. Sold me the wrong part and i paid double what i should have paid. They wouldn’t take parts back with receipt in the package
