We went here Sunday, pleasant salesman, we went for test drive . Unfortunately the ignitor wasn't working and very low on petrol . So we decided to think about and cone on Monday. Unfortunately we couldn't make it on Monday but we phoned late Monday to explain and they had not sorted out the ignitor and had not but any fuel in. So we decided not to buy the car as they couldn't be brother to do two simple jobs,very lazy !!
Recently bought a Ford KA from Ken at The Car Company Bristol & Bath in Kingswood. The whole process was so smooth and stress-free. Ken was brilliant - very laid-back and knowledgeable. All of the car's there were in excellent condition (presented nicely, AA inspected, etc) and very reasonable prices. Test drive was easy, bought the car then and there.
