i love the steak + lobster tails combo.
If the BC football team is here then don't expect fast service.
Try the dry aged steaks. If you want your steak to be cooked "medium-rare" and you want it close to "rare," make sure you emphasize the word "rare." Then you will get your rich and juicy steak ;)
The steak au poivre is excellent.
Ask for Sebastian or Dave although everyone is wonderful here!

Steak Tartare is not on the menu but you can order it. Generaly it's very good. They don't give you a raw egg however. They give you a cooked egg, chopped up
