went with a party of 8. Everything was going great until my steak arrived. My Ribeye (ordered Medium) arrived black & charred on the outside and raw in the center. It was a inedible train wreck. All the other dinners arrived good. Staff was courteous and offered to make another steak but there was no point in it since my guests would've already been done with their dinner. I'll go back to Perry's where my steak always arrives perfect.
RecommendedTonight Was my first experience at The Capital and it was phenomenal. The New York strip was cooked to perfection. The wine selections were extensive. Our wonderful server was named Erin and she went above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
RecommendedWe came in this evening to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday and the staff made her feel so special with the confetti on the table, the signed card and the rose. My father-in-law passed away 6 mo ago, so we wanted to make her day extra special with a nice evening out to dinner.
