I have been well enamoured of The Capital Grille for a few years. The service is always excellent. The menu is superb. The steaks are always cooked to perfection!

Just had a great (and early) dinner at Capital Grille. Best steak since God knows when. Great great service!! When the waiter tried to take my Coke bottle - I said oh don't take it - it looks cool. He made a sign for it saying "do not take" and taped it to the bottle. I mentioned it's because I'm a fan of Coke and you don't see the bottles much - as I was leaving - he gave me a full bottle saying here's one for the road. Great food and great service - what a great mix!

Had dinner on NYE 2017, everything was absolutely delicious! I had the lobster and crab cakes for appetizer, Roasted swordfish with lump crab gratin and mustard vinaigrette au gratin potatoes and soy glazed Brussels sprouts. It was perfect! The warm chocolate cake � highly recommend this place
Great bartender (Dan) who is an expert regarding craft cocktails! The Ribeye and sides are awesome! My go to place once a week!
We made reservations online and requested a special table and were pleasantly surprised that our request was honored. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Our waiter, Steve Kotatis was terrific. He truly wanted us to have a wonderful meal. He made suggestions and we were not disappointed. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were delicious. By far this is the best steak restaurant in NYC! If you go ask for Steve!
Very nice staff....and I kinda liked the lobster bisque....it would have been better if there was lobster in it...... The NY strip steak was tasteless, so after two bites, I had it wrapped to bring home for my pups. They liked it a lot
My husband and I went for the first time in December of 2013 and we absolutely loved the food!! It was amazing!! So last night my husband surprised me for our 2 year anniversary and what a meal. The food is superb and the staff is so accomdating. We had reservations for 6 but because of traffic coming in from New Jersey we didn’t end up getting there till 7. They had no problem with it and seated us right away exactly where my husband requested by the windows. What an amazing night we had with great food! A must on your list... read more
