This establishment told me that I couldn’t use my certificate that I was awarded on Saturday because it wasn’t physical money. The lady who answered the phone tia said we can have the dinner on a Sunday because they won’t be losing money. This is absurd and unacceptable just because we’re using a gift certificate that doesn’t mean I should celebrate my birthday on another day because they’re not wanting to lose any money. Highly upset with this situation.
