I ordered the porterhouse. It arrived cold. I sent it back, expecting a new steak. To picked up the steak, blowtorched it w/a culinary butane and brought it back out to me w/out informing me that it was the same steak. This was very disappointing and did not even actually heat the steak internally. I was truly dissatisfied.
We took our granddaughter to the Capital Grille, Scottsdale tonight for her 11th Birthday. Kate is a “foodie” and the staff treated her royally - tour of the kitchen, photo, toque, phenomenal dessert. Our dinners were excellent - filet mignon and veal chops. However, it was the wonderful staff who made it so special. When we left, the chefs wished Kate “Good night Chef”. She was so excited and happy.

An absolutely fabulous meal. The décor is rich and regal. Our waiter and staff were attentive, had an impressive knowledge of the menu and made us feel welcome. Joe was impressive and extremely courteous. The entire experience was superb.
Try the Generous Pour but only through Labor Day.
This place was awesome...the food and service was awesome.
Took my wife here for her birthday. I had reservations and they had our table set up with a birthday card and rose pedals. The food was excellent as well as the endless pour Duck Head wine. Cash our waiter provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the wine. I highly recommend The Capital Grille.
