The food and hospitality are the best you'll find anywhere in the valley! Inform The Capitol Grille of a special occasion and they'll make special arrangements for your table to make it that much more memorable (flower petals)! Highly high recommended!
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Capital Grill... Our table was sprinkled with hearts confetti along with a happy anniversary card. We were given a glass of complimentary champagne & a gift card for our next visit. The food was absolutely wonderful & the service was impeccable... Thank you Capital Grille for making our anniversary dinner a wonderful experience
The worst salmon I have ever had was at the Capitol Grill. I have cooked & eaten a lot of fresh wild caught salmon. Their salmon was mushy & had no flavor....my guess was that it was not wild salmon but cheap farm raised Salmon from China. I took a few bites & left the rest. It wasn't even good enough to take home to the dog.
Everything is was great. People is very and sweet.
