I ate here a few days ago and had high expectations for a ribeye that cost $60. I asked for it cooked medium and it was burnt on the outside and rare on the inside. It had no flavor so I used the salt and pepper on the table to try to make it better but I couldn’t finish it because it was so burnt. I told the waitress and she tried to tell me they come “charred” and that you have to request for it not to be charred but they’re not supposed to tell you that. Outstanding experience for our 13th wedding anniversary. After multiple flight delays from Dallas due to weather in Denver, Gabby assisted us with making sure we would have a table at 10pm. Matt, our server, was outstanding. The food was excellent!!! Thank you Capital Grille Denver for a great experience we won’t forget.
