Excellent food and service
I have visited Capital Grill in New York, Chicago, and Denver. This is the 1st poor experience, slow service, then the entrees were not served hot, they served Luke warm and parts of the lobster were cold. I speak with the manager, he did his best to get things on track, however, the Luke warn entrees were a disappointment. Part of the issue was that the server was stationed in the lounge area and patio.
Overall it was decent enough. Steaks were great but the fish was dry. Service was maybe 3 1/2 stars out of 5. Ocean Prime is better.

Amazing service and food. The crab cakes are to die for! The lamb was cooked perfectly, and the Sommelier was great, recommended a nice Reisling for us to enjoy. I will definitely be eating here again.
