Made 8pm reservations through Opentable and arrived on time. I was told they were running behind and the wait would be 20-25 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes and still not being seated, I asked how much longer and was advised there were still 5-6 tables ahead of us!! I opted to leave at that point, very hungry, and then had to wait approximately another 15 minutes just for my vehicle. AWFUL experience. Staff was hardly apologetic.

Ate at the bar and it was awesome: 1) lobster bisque special has HUGE pieces of lobster in it 2) the elderflower drink I had might be my favorite summer drink of all time 3) I haven't had a more high quality filet mignon in years, might have been the best steak I've ever had 4) service was comfortable, engaging, considerate and friendly. Bartenders that speak eloquently about food are literally my favorite people on earth and you have three of them. Great job!
We had an amazing experience at The Capital Grille in Providence, from beginning to end we were treated to exceptional Service, we were Celebrating my Wife and Sons Birthday and our Server Matt was extremely Professional and Attentive to our needs. The Food was awesome, and all courses were delivered heat and on time... it was the First visit for our Son, Daughter and Son-in-Law and they were VERY impressed
