Just wanted to give props to your staff... Last weekend, my mother (who is almost 70) was with some friends at Water Fire. She was observed by a Providence police officer to be very dehydrated and she was directed to enter the Capital Grille. Several members of your staff immediately came to her aid with water and comfort. Once she was able to resume walking, she was given extra water to go. Thank you so much to those who came to her aid. It will not be forgotten.

Everything was very nice! We watched the lightning of the water fire! That was amazing!!! What I didn’t like was arriving 10 min early and our reservation for 9 o’clock and not be seated until 10:00pm. The top notch restaurant doesn’t do things like that!!! I can see being 15 minutes late but not one hour! � presentation was immaculate!!! service was great, but the location of my table outside was right by the door. My chair kept getting hit when the door opened. Rather annoying. There was no room to move table over. Considering the price of my bill, it would’ve been nice to have an all around excellent experience like I usually do. Slightly disappointed.

Great location and food, however was immediately put off when I asked our server for some suggestions and he handed us an iPad. I felt like I was at pizzeria Ono, which I now refuse to go to. If I want to select my menu options online I’ll order through Amazon and have it delivered to my home. Restaurants such as the capital Grille need to stay full service and hospitality.
