Well managed and maintained with basic interiors, the most spacious apartments in the Encinitas area for 2 br 2 bath and the rents were fair. 2 BBQ gas grill, and a pool, hot tub, laundry, 4 guest parking spots for 66 apartments and it's a long walk to park off property. Nice grounds, peaceful place to live.

I went to apply in the apartments but the lady who was attending gave a very bad service, she did not check the papers well and stop that she is in a hurry oh maybe because she is Hispanic she was too racist
Kathy gets consistently great reviews for prompt maintenance and responses..but lacks basic people skills.
Very old. parking problems, if you have guests they must park on main street around the corner down the block.
