5 years later and still finding hidden major faults from the builder that they will not address, along with many neighbors swing with the same thing. Taylor Morrison does not stand by their poor workmanship and it shows. From start to finish we were lied to by the sales rep and the builder. Terrible experience, would avoid at all cost!

My parents bought a ‘new construction’ home from Taylor Morrison and all I can say is there is 0 quality in their homes. For a brand new house, all they have are problems. The paint job, trim, tiling and caulking were all done HORRIBLY. The house was supposed to be ready in August 2022, only to be delivered in January 2023. Don’t trust what they tell you, because all they do is ‘talk’ but no action is actually done.
