I think it’s pretty crazy that i purchased my home in 2022 and it’s 2025 and there is NO AMENITIES? What exactly do we have? Not having a pool in this texas heat is actually upsetting. Genuinely thought we would have built a new nice pool by now.

The house we bought outright ( no mortgage ) just pay taxes, HOA, and utilities!!! But the realtor for this house and person helping us screwed us also!!! Do not buy a house in amhuurst because they do not tell you about the rubber pipes that are illegal now but no one tells you ? Wow ? Well we had to pay $30,000 plus to fix whole house to fix the waterfall in living room !!! I’m so pissed off !!!JUST SO OTHERS CAN UNDERSTAND 💰

The vinyl flooring is warping ( many have complained of the same issue) even though I use very little water and I dry the floor after mopping. Some people have already pulled out their flooring. Mind you, this is a very new neighborhood. The grass they plant is a very cheap sod grass that is placed over gravel making the grass difficult to keep green. On top of that it rained really har... read more
