Since Harbor Group Management took over, the hallways are filled with screaming children, barking dogs, and 20-something couples fighting about whether they spend enough time together. Add that to the necessary inconvenience of living across the street from a hospital and the resulting ambulance sirens, you will never ever be able to sleep if you live here.
