I have lived at the canopy for 12 years, and it gets worse and worse. My son, who's home on pre-deployment leave walked outside to see his car was gone. The Canopy first lied to me saying they did not know if my car was towed or stolen, but the towing company, once I called, quickly identified them as the authorizing agent. The Canopy management had me towed without notice because they accused me of parking in a hashed out parking space, but that's not true. I have been patient with uninformed employees, but David is one of the rudest human beings I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to do business with. I have contacted local and regional management. Very unethical group of people.
