I HAVE VISITED THERE AND THE MANAGER WAS SCREAMING AT PEOPLE!!THERE WERE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE AND SHE WAS TOTALY OUT OF CONTROL. THE CLIENTS WAITING TO SEE HER, LEFT. MS. WOMACK NEEDS A GOOD DOSE OF MANNERS. SHE IS CLICKISH. SHE HAS HER FAVORITES. NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. MAINTANCE ORDERS ARE NOT DONE ON TIME. IF SHE LIKES YOU, THEY ARE DONE OTHER WISE IT COULD BE MONTHS BEFORE THINGS ARE DONE. MY FIREND HAS SINCE LEFT THE COMPLEX IN DISGUST

Management is very rude. I was completely robbed there in January, food and all, and nobody saw a thing and there are no cameras on one whole side of the conplex. They only have cameras around the office. They moved me into a new apartment because they needed to fix the damage and than a month later say I have to sign a completely new lease, although I didn't ask to switch apartments and needed to leave by the end of my original lease. Me and My husband recently visited this property and were overly pleased. The woman in the office was so pleasant it was scary lol. I have never met anyone in Arkansas as nice and friendly as she was. She showed us the nicest apartment ever. It was a very reasonable price. I love living at Out In The Woods Apartments. I did at one time have a problem with bugs in my apartment but the Management was very helpful in taking care of the problem. It was from someone else moving in the building that I lived in that had them. The large community is nestled among a lot of trees in a park like setting with a lot of sidewalks to walk on. I have been a satisfied resident of this complex for 11 years now.I find it to be well maintained,well managed,safe and secure. The management staff are always willing to listen,are courteous to all residents,and are prompt about getting things fixed when requests are turned in. I feel that management here often goes the extra mile with residents with things like checking on sick and elderly residents,helping them get groceries when needed,and even going to the hospital with me recently when I was really sick and scared.That... read more
