I love this store! This is my go to store and all of the employees are so friendly. They were exceptionally kind tonight when I arrived and was obviously experiencing an anxiety attack due to a busy & loud event in downtown Kitchener. They let me sit down and hang out in the cool AC as long as I needed. On top of exceptional service, they are also great humans as well!
Been going to this store for awhile now but today some guy who works there recommended a brand and said it was good and high thc 33% and to leave the store and open the bag to black weed then is just disgusting . They say its not there fault and wont do anything when I legit go over 3 times a week and so does my family… Guelph location said the weed he sold me was the worse brand on the market (Hiway) so I am now DONE and if you want better product and custom service please all check out CANABANA !!
This is the worst shop I've been too. Staff has no knowledge of products and refused to help with order issues. Not recommended at all!!
