No Go ~ its a strange place
Great experience over here , great customer service and large variety of selection as well.
Website stock was wrong. Tried to tell me it was the wrong store. Which it wasn't, and not one of the 3 people there bothered to help. Not a suggestion on what to get because what I ordered wasn't in stock (said they had 2 online) used to be a good location. I won't be back
Guys if the store hours say open until 11pm, please don’t lock the doors at 10:55pm and then stop serving customers. I did enjoy my first in-person visit here as it was a last minute stop after having just moved to the city. On my 2nd visit here I ordered online and let me tell you I was not impressed. I showed up at the store thinking I was getting a Few grams of a few different strains in pre rolls but it turns out that whomever updates items on the website isn't paying attention to product details as I ended up only walki... read more
Really disappointed with a recent experience. Have shopped here for months. Told my daughter in law where I got my batteries and sent her here to get hers. She asked for one thing but was given another. I emailed twice within the last week looking for the specific product (not even to replace/refund just to get the correct one!) and have been ignored. Edit: The store did finally reach out to me and made it right. Very much appreciated.
