I had been grooming my two dogs with The Canine Connection for almost two years. Never had any problems until a negligence on their part caused the death of my 2 year old shih tzu Bella. When we arrived to pick her and my other dog at 7 (they had just been finished and their appointment was at 12pm) Bella was not leashed and walking around the lobby area instead of being caged like my other dog was, or at least on a leash in the grooming area (which is separated from the lobby by a door). Think about putting it on trouble shoters. So pissed took my dog in and told them not to shave him and when I pick him up he was shaved. So they must not know how to speak English 50 dollars and very unhappy and told them I wanted my money back and they said all they can do is give me half off on my next visited . THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER VIST THERE..

First of all, I read the other review about a dog that was killed in traffic because of their negligence of having the lady's dog out of the cage running free when a door was opened. When I pulled up to pick up my dog, she was running free as well. I yelled through the closed door for her to pick up my dog because I know she will run, given any slight opening.
