I have been going here for years. Ever since being taken over by the Michigan Cancer Specialists, I have nothing but billing problems that I never had before. I pay my co-pay, ask if I owe anything else. Im usually told no. Then i get bills from debt collectors from Michigan Cancer Specialists, with the new one being for a bill in November 2023, received Oct 2025. When I call billing at MCS I get voice mails and oh its not us another company was doing the billing. Nothing but going around in circles.
Worst client service ever. They will not help you and will refuse you paperwork that you are owed.
Any visit to a Dr can be nerve-wrecking but from the moment I arrived everyone was pleasant and extremely helpful
As always the finest Drs and office staff ever.
