Totally appalling. The medication was ready but we had to wait over anhour because everyone was at one of two baby showers that were going on during work hours. So much for patient care. Get your house in order Dr Wong!!! This was the Kenmore location.
Only issue is getting scheduling to call back after a missed call. They called me left message I called 3 minutes later and person that answered told me they were unable to make the appointment the told me to call them to make? So 5 days later I still await call to make an appointment. Also this makes me wait another 3 weeks due to transportation costs. Doctor and nurses and other staff are great but scheduling is a joke.
Bryana was extremely rude!
Great place . Butt there billing department is a joke becarful they will double bill you and even if you have proof they will still bill you.
