Dr. Kate actually listens. There's a lot of great drs out there who help but you can always sense they are half listening. Kate takes in everything and even things you aren't sure are connected. She will hear it all and then educate you on options, help you understand your body and health, and help you make informed decisions that will change your life. I feel like a completely different person than a year ago. She has helped me make changes that have kept my sleep, energy, and focus better than it was in my 30s. THANK YOU!
I saw Kate for a confirmed, significant hormonal imbalance (this was verified by blood work done by my gyno). I sought treatment with Kate as she claimed to be an expert in hormonal imbalance . After our meeting , She recommended some vitamins and provided a diet plan that was essentially just a list of foods to eat. Unfortunately, these vitamins were not helpful for me and left me feeling jittery and ill which I brought to her attention.
