I went in last night to have dinner and watch Thursday Night Football which I know is always busy on football nights. As soon as I got there the people started to file in and I could tell the servers on duty were getting overwhelmed. I looked around and they only had two servers working which I think is crazy as nfl football nights there are super busy. I could tell customers were getting very upset that was taking so long to get service but staff that was there were doing best they could to keep everyone happy. My hats off ... read more
If I could give a lower rating, I would. My husband and I showed up around 9:30pm and not only were tables still littered with used dishes and dirty napkins, but after sitting at a table for 20 minutes with no one coming up to us to take our order; my husband went to the bar and asked for someone to come take our order. He was told someone would be with us shortly and no one came. We ended up leaving and going to Browns where we had a way better experience.
