Great company
My experience was very positive.
I hired them for what I thought was a simple repair. Apparently it was something that they were not able to address due to the nature of the problem. But instead of telling me that from the beginning, they proceeded to do a very sloppy job and charge me the full price for it. Once I sent the owner a picture, she apologized and offered me 50% of a future service. That was a nice gesture, but it does nothing to remedy the current situation or appease my anger at having wasted my money.
