The camp is the best choice I made. I dropped the weight I needed to get my self back on track. I now watch my food and work out daily. It was something that the camp helped push me to do. I always put it off by saying "next monday.." you know the phrase.. the moment u start noticing the weight dropping and the muscles toning you know the camp works.
