First time I’ve been back since 2017 and I’m loving the classes! It’s challenging because I’m so out of shape but I feel better after every class I do. The staff and coaches are excellent! Especially the coaches, during classes they’re going around and helping people with readjusting their form and helping with modifying exercises when it’s too difficult to do.
Glad to be back but UUGGGHHHHH!!!

Reopened & Under new owners! Celeste and poly are very nice and make you feel welcomed. The group workouts are great, you are drenched in sweat at the end. Trainers are motivating. Glad to have the Redlands location back.
