Such a great staff. Knowledgeable about the workout. Have good suggestions for weight loss and getting body ready for your WHY. All in all a great place to get your HIIT training. Either advanced training or beginners. They can help!!!
Came back to the Camp in 2026 and feeling amazingly strong again. The Camp is a great place to workout in a group without judgment. Trainers are all amazing and really encourage us to keep the momentum. I started coming for accountability and have gained so much more. I recommend The Camp for all your weightloss & muscle gain goals, you won't regret it!
