Fun and professional. I get more Out of one hour session with all these great people that six months at LA Fatness where they only encourage you if you get a boring personal trainer. The CAMP inspires builds friendships and keeps you coming and progressing daily. Six sessions a day to choose from. I have degrees in biomechanics and can tell you they get even me to do all exercises perfectly. If you want to really want to be healthy …. Join!
