I love this place!
They weren’t very clear and forward in the beginning and gave out misinformation and then when there was a week left they wanted to put those who hadn’t lost over 10lbs on a crash diet of tilapia and asparagus only. The diet plan sucks btw.
Joining The Camp Transformation Center has been life changing. The environment is very positive and motivating. I love that the trainers will provide modifications for newcomers or injured members. Nothing is impossible here! If you follow the meal plan they provide for you and ask for help when you need it, you will reach your weight and health goals. This is a place where I can workout with my husband and we both gain from each workout; even though our fitness levels are different.
I love this place it’s not just like any other gym I love the motivation they give you and you get amazing results
