Such incredible customer service! I worked with Justin who could not have been more responsive and helpful. I was super last minute in ordering all my camp stuff and he rushed it all free of charge. Camp Spot is the best!!

So easy, great selection and excellent customer service!
This company is just not very good, but survives based on their monopoly. I'm surprised that a better run company hasn't swooped in and taken over this niche industry. They are slow, inefficient, and defend their inadequacies with the "but we're a family business" party line. Dealing with this company has been nothing but disappointing, from their antiquated processes, to their insane lead times.
As a first time camp mom, the Camp Spot was a lifesaver. I felt overwhelmed with options and they lay out what is needed. Also, Justin in customer service was incredibly helpful. Not only did I need to do some exchanges I also needed to cancel an item due to accidental double order on my part and Justin was able to resolve that for me very quickly as well.
